For our clients, we offer comprehensive end-to-end service. To ensure that our customers have a pleasant experience when they shop with us, we take customer service exceptionally seriously.

Exchange Procedure

If it is in stock, you can easily swap only Unused & Unstitched things for another item from the store. Stitched products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Policy for Canceling Orders

On request, orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled. You risk being expelled from the store if you refuse to accept orders that have already been sent.

Returns Regulations

You have seven days from the time you get the shipment at our office to return it to us for a full refund if, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase.

Conditions: 

  • The item is unharmed and in its original condition; there are no stitches.
  • Only 14 days after receiving an order may it be returned or exchanged; the client is responsible for the cost of the return shipment.
  • Refunds for overseas orders will be processed in Pakistani rupees. Due to changes in the Dollar USD exchange rate, it is conceivable that you will receive more or less than what you paid. Your payment will only be returned in Pakistani Rupees.
